 Aloha Joe/Johnny Kai Tentative Plans for Hawaii Music Awards
Wednesday, March 15, 2006: Hawaii Music Awards Nominees’s Scholarship Fundraising Party. This catered event will honor all registered nominees. Proceeds will be used to support music education in Hawaii.
Thursday, March 16, 2006: Presentation of Special Awards Categories. This formal dinner event will honor winners of special awards.
Friday, March 17, 2006: Hawaii Music Awards Music Festival. This event, held on the grounds of the Miramar Hotel in Waikiki, will feature several stages, and plenty of fun and educational activities for the whole family.
Saturday, March 18, 2006: 9th Annual Hawaii Music Awards. This event, held at the Neal Blaisdell Center, will feature presentation of the People's Choice awards for various music categories, followed by a concert featuring many of your favorite local and international stars.
