In February 1992, Anna was introduced by her mother Alla, to the famous Tennis Academy of Nick Bollettieri in Bradenton Florida. In 1997 she moved to Miami, Florida. Anna, who would like to be an actress if she was not a tennis player, has become the star of the young tennis fans. Her talents as a player on the tennis courts are matched by her talents off the courts as a model.
Anna turned Pro in 1995 and joined the professionals in 1996 at the 'US Open' where she reached the fourth! round. In 1998 at Eastbourne UK, she beat Steffi Graf in a three set win. At the Australian Open in 1999 she won her first Grand Slam Title for doubles with Martina Hingis. Since then Anna has continued her winning ways, and has charmed millions of tennis fans.
