Anna was in the right and was misfairly treated by this group of new media production companies.The claim concerend an event for which Anna was invited to be the celebrity guest presenters on behalf of a charity.Anna, who had received a pay or play offer for her services, will continue to make herself available to the actual charity.Anna is presently extremely busy with several film projects.

Epiphany Productions, Robert Bovil,Bovil Creative,Rick Lukans Assocs and Kara Kenney at Promo Shop. The suit is for Breach of Contract amongst other things for an event to be held on behalf of a charity which Anna was asked to be the celebrity Presenter for.Several companies were misrepresented in connection with the event, including Anna and the Charity itself Earthtrain.Earthtrian insists that it requested "Robert Bovill" not to proceed with the event nor to use their name "Earthtrain" in connection with the event.Promo Shop and Kara Kenney h

negligence, defamation, misrepresentation, defamation, breach of contract amongst other things.
