A law suit is filed against constuction worker Robert Bovill, Bovill Creative, Kara Kenny- Promo Shop and Rick Lukans- Lukans Assoc for
negligence, defamation, misrepresentation, defamation, breach of contract amongst other things. The group hired celebrity ANNA WILDING as a Presenter for a show for charity were in breach of contract and the puported to be part of a charity that it turns out did in fact not exist. The group also cliamed to be in partnership with several companies - the parnterships also did not exist. Wilding has taken on Presenting dutuies for charities in the past and has supporte them. Anna is shocked and horrified at the lies purported by these goups. She says " I have not seen anything such as the falshoods and lies" purpotred by this group before and my lawayers and colleagues agress that groups such as this must be stopped. The event was to take place in New Orleans in the coming week under the anme of "groove" for a cahrity that has also been misprepresented. | Page:
