Introduction to Bob Hoskins
Born 10/26/42. As the story goes he began acting at the age of 25 - he was waiting for a friend who was auditioning for a play, and was asked to audition himself. He'd had a few drinks and was ready for anything. He was given the lead in the play.
He acted in numerous theatre and television pieces in Britain through the late 60's and 70's. He had small roles in several films in the 70's, and his film career took off with his starring role in THE LONG GOOD FRIDAY. He has since appeared in dozens of films and received numerous awards for his work.
He lives in London with his second wife and two children. He also has two older children from his first marriage. | Page: 1
