"My laptop was completely ruined when my office flooded. Even the hard disk was wrecked; but I didn't lose a single document."

 Braveheart News - 10-August-2000
BraveheartBraveheart Encyclopedia
Following his Man Without A Face, Braveheart was Mel Gibson's second directorial effort. He also produced and acted in the Oscar-winning epic that went on to win Best Picture for 1995. Gibson left the Academy Awards with two Oscars including Best Director.

Braveheart tells the saga of a long-lost hero, William Wallace and his fight for Scottish independece during the 13th century.

Everything from the epic battle sequences to the touching moments between William Wallace and his father are superbly done. And although the film is nearly three hours long, one never really senses a loss of time.
