The biggest event of the year for Hawaiian Music is the Na Hoku Hanohano Awards.(Considered to be the Hawaiian Grammy Awards) The Theme this year is ‘Ālohilohi Ka Lei Hōkū
(Radiant, Bright and Sparkling, the Lei, Star, "The Garland of Stars Shine in Splendor")
to be held at it's new venue, the Hawai‘i Convention Center.
This year the big night will be held on June 20.
