The Boston Celtics advanced in the playoffs after yesterday's win over the 76ers. Paul Pierce dominated with 46 points, including 8-10 3 pointers and 7 assists.

Paul was selected to represent the USA at the World Championships this year! Another news item is that Paul was selected as the winner of the 2002 Home Team Community Service Award. Paul Pierce was stabbed in the neck, face, and back early this morning while at the pool room of a night club. He is thought to be in fair condition and recovering. This comes as quite a shock to me. Paul was scheduled to report to training camp next Monday.
