Will Unlimited - Prince William 18-Mar-2000 Prince William, who turns 18 on June 21, will put off his birthday celebration because he has to study for A-level exams. His birthday party will be celebrated at the earliest on the 28th in the newly converted cellar-turned-disco in Highgrove's basement. It will also be a "graduation" celebration as he leaves Eton in earlier July.
