Prison Break, the first series premiere of the 2005/06 season, delivered promising numbers for FOX on Monday night, with the two-hour episode averaging 10.5 million viewers and a 4.6 rating/12 share of the 18-49 demographic.
Over the course of the episode, from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., viewership was up 31 percent in 18 to 49, 38 percent in 18 to 34 and 18 percent in total viewers. It opened with 9.3 million viewers and peaked at 11.1 million.
