Scott Katsura spent 11 days sharing his Aloha in his home state of Hawaii June 9-20th. While in Hawaii, Scott had 7 live performances. Scott reached well over 101,000 listeners just on KSSK's Perry & Price show broadcasted on June 18th! His Monday morning interview at KUMU was also televised live on OC16 reaching homes throughout the state.
Scott also made a great impression with the Mayor of Honolulu, Mufi Hannemann. Those who heard KUMU's Monday Morning Show (June 20th) heard the Mayor talk about his meeting with Scott and his CD, Aloha Miles Away. Scott and the Mayor had meet just days before where Scott and Mufi exchanged CDs. Mufi is a strong supporter of the Music of Hawaii.
