Blues in Honolulu From Steve Stoddard and his Hale
The Rick Shea Band
with Sean Thibadeaux, Milan Bertosa and James Ganeko!
Rick Shea's musical stylings are derived from the country, roots-rock sound of Central and Southern California, in the tradition of Merle Haggard, Buck Owens and Gram Parsons (Byrds, Flying Burrito Brothers). His most recent accolades have come because of his superb singing and guitar playing with Dave Alvin and the Guilty Men for the past six years. He also plays lap-steel and mandolin with that band.
Dave Alvin states that "Rick sings like an angel"! Rick Shea has half a dozen releases that span traditional American Music from rock to C&W. Come on out and dance to some great American Roots Music!
