Edward Cheney has profiled up and coming star Tarkan in a recent business report in association with Cleveland Press.
"The most famous domestic star in his home country, out-sourcing his talents to an international market can not be easy," commented Cheney.
"But from this stand point, he is a very impressive man. In contrast to many of the other pop singers in his culture, I think he has been much more effctive in his attack plan to broach the US music market."
"He resides in New York and even though he has been saddened to see the light that once was America become dimmed in recent years, he will never leave this bastion of freedom, as certain European news sources have seem to suggest."
Michael Lang, creator of the '60's phenomenon Woodstock, and Tarkan's international manager spoke about the report, stating that it was "a fairly educated judgment" about the pop star.
