 Wynonna Judd on her USO tour
Wynonna Judd was in Maryland July 3, 2004 at the Hospital visiting some of the US troops. One of the troops she stopped in to visit was Nick Riccio a real life American Hero. Nick spent his 19th Birthday (July 4th) in a hospital bed.
Wynonna Judd spent time with Nick and sang him Happy Birthday & then pray with Nick. Prayers are still needed for this Marine who received a Purple Heart on Monday, July 12. Nick and his mother are having a hard time getting a flight to the hospital in Tampa, Florida where he will finish up his treatment. It's been 3 days trying in the heat, flights are full and they keep getting bumped.
