 Magic Fun & Thrills Gandeys Circus in Guernsey
Guernsey’s first International Winter Circus comes to the Island in January to start the year in spectacular style with unmissable entertainment for all the family, featuring a glittering array of international circus stars, including internationally acclaimed illusionist Andrew Van Buren – one of the world’s most remarkable magicians. His amazing speciality act in which people are cut in half…. made to float ……and even to disappear is in demand throughout the world. He has just completed a sell-out season in Dubai and has performed for members of the British Royal Family.
From Russia, the jaw-dropping balancing and juggling skills of Albert Arslanov. Born in Siberia and trained at the renowned Moscow Circus School, Albert is a medal winner at the prestigious Cirque D’Hiver competition in Paris. His unique act is performed by holding a knife in his mouth. An assortment of objects are balanced on the end which he juggles by flipping them off the point of the knife. Albert will also be performing his gravity-defying hand balancing act.
Leading the clowns and laughter-makers, one of Europe’s funniest and best loved partnerships – Peter Sandow & Company. Their hilarious crazy car routine in which their taxi seems to have a mind of its own is guaranteed to banish any trace of “winter blues”.

The dazzling Gandeys Circus production will be performed in the heated Theatre Big Top at Salerie Car Park, St Peters Port, from Thursday January 7 until Saturday January 10. There will be two performances daily and three on Saturday.
