 Bonta Story in Holiday Treasure Trove CD For Children
Vanna Bonta, author of the high-spirited novel Flight and actress who cameos as Zed's queen in the beloved fantasy classic movie 'The Beastmaster,' has donated an original short fable and her signature honey voice to an entertainment CD featuring music and stories distributed to sick children and their siblings at hospitals. CD’s also went to the Ronald McDonald House, the Child Abuse Prevention Foundation (Polinsky Center,) Salvation Army “Toy Joy” program and the Scripps Hospital Pediatric Center.
Bonta is one of several talents who were tapped to lend their magic to the holiday CD. TV episodic hit songwriter Meredith Chapman, film composer Sharon Farber, and Jeffrey Gelder as Jeffrey the Reindeer were among many other celebrity artists whose collectibles were featured in “Holiday Magic 2005, A Gift for Children of All Ages."
