Wade's dance career all began when he was two years old dancing to Michael Jackson videos, and especially when watching his brother's video tape on the making of Michael's music video "Thriller." After a year, Wade had the whole routine memorized.
At the age of five, he entered a Michael Jackson look-a-like contest for ages eight and up, where he performed his Michael Jackson moves. Although people didn't think he could do it, he won the contest with a prize of meeting Michael Jackson himself.
